Beautiful hotel with great rooms. Dolomite style and great views. Loved the balcony and staff was friendly.

The food was excellent, well presented and the restaurant staff very professional and friendly too. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean with a lovely view of the mountains. Reception staff were helpful. Car parking was conveniently in front of the hotel, and there was a locked room to keep our bikes secure in. The location of the hotel was great for our needs.

I booked the identical rooms. My mom and my aunt bathroom was very bad and dangerous. It was a bath tap with slippery floor. They couldn’t take a shower. The room wax room 118. For the rate I paid that is unacceptable! Unfortunately my mom have never been in such luxury hotel and therefore they didn’t say anything till we left.
I will not book a room in your facility again. That was very disappointing.
