Amazing location in the heart of Canazei, 10 minutes to the lift up to the mountain. Very friendly staff, delicious food and great spa area. And really awesome dog in the hotel lobby 🙂
Our room was close to the public terrace used for smoking, so we felt the smoke a bit. But after talking to hotel reception, the issue was solved immediately

Posizione centrale con garage.
Alla sera del nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato uno staff poco ospitale, con un check-in praticamente inesistente. La camera era di dimensioni modeste e la moquette sulle scale dell’hotel risultava decisamente datata.
La colazione, inoltre, è stata piuttosto deludente per gli standard trentini: molti prodotti confezionati e parte del personale poco cordiale, quasi infastidito. Non sappiamo se ciò fosse dovuto alla fine della stagione (circostanza che comunque non giustifica il servizio), ma si percepiva un generale clima di noia e scarsa attenzione verso gli ospiti.
Considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo, purtroppo non ci sentiamo di tornare.
