Poor breakfast, not very tasty, bad coffee (in Italy, come on...)
Rooms was new and nice - the only good thing.
In the room just few hooks, not enought for skiing holiday.
The worst thing: one day towels were drying, one in the room, the second in the bathroom (me and my partner were known which towel was whos), but the room service took the towels, set them up and put on the table like a new... but they werent new. So at the end I took partner’s towel and he took mine... it isnt higienic. The towels was mixed, no changed for new one- its terrible
