Great location in a quiet section of the small town. The attention to every detail by all staff members (they remember our meal choices, leave us chocolates on our pillows every evening, a tray of fruits and nuts by our bed every morning). The morning breakfast included with our stay offered a multitude of rare and tasty foods (including honey straight from the hive tray, rare berries, numerous cheeses). The artwork throughout the hotel is just exquisite. I love the idea of naming rooms after artists rather than assigning room numbers.

Incredibly well decorated with beautiful art work everywhere. Our room was stunning. The bed and pillows exceptionally comfortable. Everything we could need was provided. Breakfast amazing, they made crepes and eggs to order at no additional charge.
Bar tender was a bit unfriendly and impatient. Maybe just a personality thing, but maybe needs to go to charm school.

It was a very kind and clean accommodation. Both breakfast and dinner were very delicious, and there was an excellent sommelier who helped us choose great wines.
The view from the room was beautiful, and the entire hotel was artistically and beautifully decorated.
The location was great, as it was within walking distance to the Canazei cable car station.
The only downside was the traffic on the way into Canazei, and it would have been nice if the room had been a bit more spacious.
