Localização excelente, próximo a praia, bares, resturantes, 7 Eleven, etc

Estavamos em 5 amigos então quando fiz a reserva foi para 3 quartos com 2 camas de solteiro cada, isso estava na descrição do quarto/reserva no site. Porém quando cheguei todos os 3 quartos tinham somente uma cama de casal, então tive que solicitar a alteração que demorou pois o hotel estava cheio. Inclusive a recepcionista disse eu deveria ter solicitado isso como "solicitação especial". Demorou bastante, os quartos foram disponibilizados as 16h00. Outro problema foi que cheguei as 14h10 (checkin era as 14h00), mas dos 3 quartos somente 2 estavam prontos, mesmo com as camas erradas. O banheiro não tem box, era uma cortina que não fechava o retangulo alcançado pelo chuveiro e ainda ficava a uns 20 cm do chão e encostava no vaso sanitário. O banheiro ficava todo molhado.

Fantastic location in Ao Nang, right near the beach, restaurants on the door step. Pool was great, they provide towels and let you chill by the pool all day after check out. There’s also toilets and showers for you to use before heading to the airport etc. The reception staff were brilliant, extremely friendly and polite. Always had great smiles, were very helpful, welcoming and added so much to the experience of this hotel. If you get a room with a mountain/pool view then it’s stunning.

The rooms are quite tired (although spacious). The bed is SO uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. Our aircon barely worked and I was constantly too hot. We were in room 404. It desperately needs a new air con unit. There is no lift.

Perfect location to the beach and everything else, staff are so nice, pool is a decent size and very clean, we looked to book an extra 2 nights and staff were happy to price match booking

The location is great and affordable! With a view to the mountains, nearby the beach, restaurants and tour companies. Still can be quiet to rest. The staff is amazing, always welcoming.
