Great breakfast and good location. Super friendly staff.
There was bed bugs in the bed :( But when we told the issue in the morning they took it seriously and promised to take care of it and put the room out of order.

That I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs.

The location
No hot water at the sink for shaven. The shower had no hot water and the shower was to low down to try and stand under it.The view was supposed to be garden or city view it was looking on to someone house. The air condition was very noisy and you could hear others in there rooms.
