The rooms were exceptionally clean and of a great size and very comfortable. The location was great, just up a short alley from one of the main shopping areas and a short walk from the beach.
The staff,.though friendly seemed quite uninterested. But this is neither here nor there as the stay was perfectly fine

1. Good location
2. Room had almost all needed amenities

4. Hotel provided two bottles of drinking water everybday
1. Very big noise at the evening/night from the clubs and pubs outside, was hard to rest
2. There were a lot of ants in our room. Luckily we had couple of thai herbal inhalers - ants hate that smell so we managed tonget rid them out of our bed
3. On the check out day we got an emergency - my pregnant wife had misscariage and we lost our baby. We were in the hospital and I asked hotel if we can check out later. They offered to check out until 11 or extend our stay for one more night. As they offered to extend I understood that this room was not booked, so they could let us check out few hours later with no harm. But rules are rules, so I had to leave my wife at the hospital in this tragic moment to come back and do a checkout and then go back to her. Well at least hotel let me to leave our luggage at their loby until we come back, thank you for that.
