Friendly staff and the location was perfect. Wonderful having reserved parking also.
Nothing at all but just one suggestion - perhaps a hook or two near the shower to avoid having to walk across bathroom to get your towel post showering.

Great view from the outdoor seats in the restaurant. Food good and not bad value for the dinner. Rooms clean and great views of the river.
Breakfast was quite pricey so we didn’t have it at the hotel, plenty of places close by to get a coffee and croissant in the morning.

Have stayed before and it is one of my favourite hotels in the Loire area. Great views, excellent restaurant, decent rooms and charming staff.
Charging for parking is a bit off, though it's a good facility to have.

Location and riverside vibe
On late check-in the male desk clerk whose was clearly not busy sat behind the desk located adjacent to the front door as I unloaded my vehicle. I requested help and a trolly and he did neither. I was double parked on the street to unload and was attempting to move quickly, a vehicle then approached the other way and a rude man was approaching and followed me into the hotel lobby, and the desk clerk engaged in some talk with him (ignoring to help me so I could checkin quickly (room was prepaid in full) and move my vehicle. He spent more time bantering with the guy instead of assisting me. I specifically suggested to him that if he would help me unload we can checkin more quickly and move the vehicle. He ignored me. A bit later it became clear he was at the end of his shift as he walkout out for the night.
