The hotel was perfect, it had everything we needed and even more.
The staff deserves a lot of recognition, they were friendly, welcoming and really helpful.
Good positioning and overall totally recommended.

Nice Onsen (small but great to relax there after a long day of sightseeing), good location close to Shiyo station and several bus stops, convenience store next door. Room was clean and modern. Appreciated the free water and ice dispenser on the ground floor.
Small room and bathroom (as in most of Japan - space is limited), but enough for one person.

Very nice and clean. And rooms were bigger as i have heard japan hotel rooms kinda runs smaller.

Hotel’s facility is great and rooms are big and clean.
Everything except laundry is great
There are 9 floors with 20+ rooms on each floor, yet there are only 2 washing machines in the laundry room.
Not only each machine takes up to 2h for 1 wash, they are also small so most guests couldn’t fit their laundry into 1 machine and have to use two at the same time.
This results in a queue for laundry, and people are competing to secure their place in queue.
We couldn’t wash our clothes for 2 days in a row.
Luckily, there is other coin laundry nearby the hotel, but that was not an obvious solution
