Excellent location and great service from the staff. They allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early to enjoy the city.

Location location location.
It was very warm and very noisy. Property is very close to Gran Via so you can hear the drivers beeping and people enjoying themselves outside, and hear the neighbours in the property. I would make a suggestion of better windows to reduce noise and air-con to counter the hot summers.
