all was of a good quality except the long queue to check-in and check-out since hostel is clearly out staffed in a vue of quantity of guests coming in summer to Madrid
long wait to check in/out. Nothing to do with the hostel’s staff who were super friendly and professional
advice to the hostel’s management: Take the 2nd person for your reception for peak season at least

Nice location in the centre of Madrid. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Luckily for me, the room wasn't crowded.
I didn't see anything to hang clothes on, neither in the bathroom nor in the room.

Location and the staff reception
I did not sleep at all all. It was 12:30 am and a group of young people were talking loudly, running on the corridor, making noises with the suitcase on the corridor. Also there was a lot of noise from outside. They do not offer a duvet and it was quite cold. I asked for 2 towels to cover myself on the bed. The water was cold in the morning and o had to wait a while till was warm to take a shower.
