Friendly staff, good communication, good customer service. Clean bathrooms, capsules are comfy
Everything is very good. Spacious kitchen and living room. Towels and lockers are provided. =)
The only thing they should prevent is keeping the front door open (near the reception). The smokers allowed outside are not only noisy, but the smoke also filters into the capsules which is awful for non smokers

No A/C within the pods makes it somewhat unbearable.
