Central location, amazing welcoming staff, very clean, and great planned events. The staff (Coralie, Cátia, and Blake) were beyond exceptional in curating a familial vibe where meeting and spending time with strangers was easy. Planned events went very smoothly and everyone always had a good time.

Safe, friendly staff, delicious churros in the morning. People tend to respect the rules (e.g. quiet time during sleeping hours). The vibe of the hostel is definitely on the “young” side. There are also activities to help you socialise.
The beds in the dorm felt a little “exposed” as there are no curtains. A lot of the bathrooms were also out of order and I had to go to different floors to find (and needing to wait several times) for an available one. There’s also no shampoo or soap so you need to BYO.
