Best hotel experience ever. The staff was so nice and overall we had a great time. I recommend the dinner and breakfast room plan for an awesome authentic Japanese experience. The onsen was also bliss.

We enjoyed literally everything: the staff, the food, the service, the location and the experience of a Ryokan, with a Japanese room. The private Onsen in the room and the access to the lounge was just the cherry on top, for a family with a teen.

Accommodations were not worth the $500 a night price. Clean but average. No coffee in rooms. Only one towel. Not typical of hotels in this price range
