Kousuke makes the best breakfast. Everything was delicious especially the potato soup :-)
The bedding is so soft and dreamy.
The location is perfect for feeling like you are out of the “crowds” but you just walk a couple minutes over and you are back in the heart of everything.

We loved how cozy the place was. We enjoyed the amount of space with small kids. And the little garden was so nice to look at.

Such a beautiful place to stay - a peaceful sanctuary in a great location. Koske was so welcoming, made us feel at home and always with a kind and friendly smile. Excellent breakfast. He also has his own sukiyaki restaurant nearby in which we had dinner - 5 Star!!

A wonderful young man runs Hem’s. He does everything and may be the only employee. Maybe he owns it. He was extremely helpful and obliging. I can’t praise him enough.
it is very unusual. There seems to be only one guest room. The bathroom is on a lower floor.
