Good size room and well decorated.
Restaurant a bit limited menu and no food at lunch time. Breakfast was a mess.
Over crowded breakfast room and staff did not engaged with customers. We asked 3 times where our omelette was that we had ordered. It finally arrived stone cold!

The room and all the facilities were amazing and the hotel upgraded our room proactively during the check in
If you are visiting Madrid, the hotel is a little far away and there is not a metro line that takes you there, you need to take the bus. It takes around an hour to get to the city center
