Perfecto como siempre. Cada vez que he ido al hotel el trato y todo está genial. Seguiré repitiendo siempre que vuelva a la zona.

Muy buena ubicación si buscas un sitio donde pasar la noche después de visitar el Parque Warner. La ubicación es muy cómoda para descansar después de un día largo.
El colchón de la cama era súper cómodo, algo que agradecimos mucho para poder descansar bien. Además, todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado.
En general, una estancia muy agradable y totalmente recomendable.

Todo estaba bien, me dejé un cargador y lo guardaron en la recepción.
Al entrar al hotel, subiendo a por las escaleras a las habitaciones, la moqueta huele un poco a pies. Las TV no son smart tv asique no puedes meterte en plataformas como Netflix, etc

Lovely room with everything you could want. Gym was small but was to ourselves so was good! Great location with east Uber to MadCool festival and Madrid. Very kind helpful staff.
Our room card occasionally didn’t work so have to go back down to reception for another, same with the gym one. The gym could have been more air conditioned also.
We were really looking forward to using the spa facilities but these were closed all week for maintenance.
