Location was great! Only a couple of blocks away from the train and metro station, so you are well connected. It is also right besides a convenience store and a McDonalds. The room was nice and clean, and quite affordable.
The showers are kind of noisy, if someone would take a shower during the night you could hear it, though it wasn't loud enough to wake me up if I was already asleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also kind of slow.

The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and it had a good selection. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant linked to the hotel had excellent food and it was very good value for money.
The fact that the room was on the ground floor didn’t allowed us to open the curtains to look outside as it overlooked the street. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.

Da funcionária da limpeza, MUITO prestativa e atenciosa, e de uma recepcionista mais nova, não sei o nome dela.
Um cheiro de tabaco insuportável no hotel, acredito que são dos chineses que vivem fumando. Infelizmente o hotel é longe de tudo, tem que caminhar pelo menos uns 2km para chegar onde as coisa acontecem em Getafe.
