Access from to garage room floors via elevator Key card for each tenant and one key for lights always stays in the room Washroom is clean and it has dove hand soap, shampoo and body wash which is sensitive to the skin and gentle Towels are in bags and sealed to ensure they are clean

No facial tissues in the room, had to buy some from the supermarket across the street Heating system is really old There is no trash bin in the room, the only one is in the washroom It seems like there is no fan or ventilation in washroom, so beware that you will need to open the windows to get air Had horrible experience with their EV charger, as staff mentioned instructions are clear on the charger, however we end up with no support and spent hours with no luck charging the car, as one of the requirements we discovered that you need an app and credit card of Spanish citizen only! This doesn’t make sense to refer your foreign tenants to hit a wall! Don’t use that charger, go nearby and charge via Zunder or Wenea as they are modern and accept credit cards and Apple Pay or Google Pay or even using their apps
