Beautiful setting and friendly staff. Lovely open air restaurant and new pool area. Lunch was nice.
Skeleton crew working there not really up to speed on what a full experience looks like. Breakfast was simple.

Pool area & jacuzzi were brilliant
Room was very clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view
There were a few miscommunications and lack of accountability from staff when we tried to rectify.

Good price,nice service, kids love the pool ,I and wife love the huge breakfest set. Stuffs are helpful and nice.

Weather in hot season in Chiangmai are terrible，can't stay at ouside ,PM 2.5 up to160-250
