Every staff member I met greeted customers warmly with a smile, from the reception desk to the security guards. It truly shows the owner’s genuine care for service quality.
The resort has a beautiful riverside atmosphere, but the tall grass along the riverbank blocks the view almost entirely. I would appreciate it if the resort could trim the grass in that area. Additionally, mosquitoes are quite numerous in the early evening, so mosquito control around the resort would make the stay much more comfortable.

All staff members, from reception to security, greeted customers warmly and courteously, which clearly demonstrates the owner’s commitment to service quality.
While the resort enjoys a lovely riverside setting, the tall grass along the riverbank obstructs the view. Trimming the grass and improving mosquito control in the evenings would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The friendly staff on the property. First night we arrived, we were tired and they brought to our room Khao Soi noodles for dinner (picture uploaded). The Thai food for breakfast was great. The hotel offered a driver to take us on trips and pick us up. The bicycles were fun (picture uploaded). Excellent laundry service.
We were not satisfied with the massage person that the staff had booked.
