Nothing special.

The shower didn’t work. Fortunately, we booked two rooms so we could use the other one. The bath is kind of 30 years old and looks as if it was repainted several times.

The gentleman at the reception had incredibly positive energy. He spoke several languages and handled everything quickly and effortlessly, even while assisting multiple guests. He made us feel very welcome and left an exceptionally positive impression.

The facilities could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was fairly standard. The coffee wasn’t great, although that seems to be quite common in many places around Mallorca—especially if you’re used to the coffee in Italy or Austria.

-good breakfast -friendly staff at the reception(but not everyone) -nice view on the forest -water with lemon at reception -very quiet location at night (but be aware that nearest hotels are turning on music for the whole day)

-old stinky air conditioner -shampoo dispenser in bathroom was broken -the water in the shower drained very slowly, while showering you are standing in water up to your ankles -the beds are wobbly folding beds -very small room -no detailed cleaning and sometimes took the whole day to clean
