Small family run hotel, large comfortable rooms. Nice welcome from owner..Owner and staff very helpful and our requests were met quickly. Furniture was a bit dated but it doesn't effect your holiday. Beds were very comfy with what looked like new mattresses. Great having a comfy sofa in the room, coffee table, TV.
Towels and bedding are changed every 3 days. Rubbish was emptied every day, cleaning on request. There's a card to put out daily to request to not disturb or to clean. You need to take your own towels for the pool. Great having a fridge in the room.. Large balcony. Soundproofing in hotel was very good, it was very quiet. Breakfast was buffet style, hot English style, cold continental. Microwave available to heat the hot food. Coffee, tea and squash. Fresh standard bread white or brown and toasters. Fresh and plentiful and everything you would want for breakfast.
Outside the pool area was very clean, plenty of sunbeds and seating areas. No blaring music, very quiet and relaxing.
The hotel met all our needs as disabled travellers, mobility equipment was supplied by sunny beach mobility hire. A1 service, thank you.
Great selection of drinks at Stans bar and the food we had was delicious. Note.... The portions are huge! Service very Quick
We all agreed the holiday was good value for money, it is a 3 star hotel, very comfortable, clean and quiet, perfect for our needs and we will definitely return. Thank you to the Klisura hotel and staff for making our stay wonderful.
The towels were small , thin, grey and rough, could do with replacing.
Be nice to have a kettle in the room.
