Superb

- very good and varied dinners (but poor breakfasts) - 1-2 min walk from the beach (9 lev for an umbrella + 9 lev for the sunbed) - super quiet hotel: no noise from surrounding hotels; good soundproof: no noise from the other rooms - amazing sea-view from the balcony (we had a sea-view room on the top floor). You can even see the waves and the seagulls on the beach - the reception can give you a hairdryer and a kettle - 5-7 min walk from the bus stop if you feel like going to Nesebr

- no WIFI in the rooms (even if you are ready to pay for it - still there is none!). Free wifi only on reception area, but sometimes it's really slow (not good enough to make a whatsapp call). - no hot water for breakfast and dinner - you have to use the water cooler - very poor cleaning. When we arrived the room was spotless, but for the 10 days of our stay the cleaning only consisted of throwing away the rubbish and changing the towels 3 times. They never washed the floor or the sink. There was some sand and crumbs on the carpet, but they didn't even use the vacuum cleaner. - no toilet or shower near the swimming-pool - note that if your room is on the ground floor with "garden" view your balcony will be almost on the level of the ground and 5 meters from the pavement and the road. So better ask for a top floor when make a reservation - the territory is quite big, but there are no flowers / trees there. very strange! - slow lift - takes ages to get to the top floor

Excellent value

The hotel is nice, rooms are big and clean. Also, the pool was very clean and it has a bar. There is a big variety of food for breakfast and dinner. It's close to the beach.

We paid extra for two rooms with sea view, but ended up in two rooms on the "second" floor (it's the first floor because the ground floor counts as first floor).

We stayed in the last upper floor where one of the two rooms was not renovated. All clean but some furniture needed replacement as well. The rest of the hotel seemed renovated

overall, we enjoyed the stay. We feel it’s a three star hotel or just meet the four star standard. obviously not expert

first line beach hotel. big pool. a small hotel with two big pools means you will find a sun-bed most of the times. very close to family friendly beach. everybody has a can do attitude. my boy certainly enjoyed the pool and the playground. the playground is generous compared to most of the hotels we stayed. we had a problem in the first night as one wall was just a board and we could hear guests zipping their bags! determined to check out the next day but offered an alternative room which was quiet and better bathroom. so in the end we continued the stay. drinks had soft drinks, white and red wine. no fresh juice. Wine was okay. Everyday roughly had 2 choices of fresh fruit. All local Bulgarian food with soup and deserts. Food offered was tasty.

food is tasty, but not varied. especially the breakfast. eating all the same thing for 10 mornings was bit too much for us. but just our personal preference. deserts are very sweet, feel eating a bag of sugar.

It was a good stay overall, but we would not repeat the visit.

It has a nice swimming pool and a bar by the pool, good food and it was close to nearly everything in Sunny Beach.

It wasn’t clean enough, there were spiders everywhere. The cleaning was only made in the visible places. The hotel staff came up to clean the spiders, however after that was very superficial and after one day we found spiders again in many spots in the room. The bathroom was also not taken care of and everything in the bathroom was very, very old.

Dissapointing in comparisson to other locations in Sunny Beach

The hotels is nicely located, right on the beach and next to the centre. The buffet employees are very fast and careful when it comes to cleaning the tables and refilling the food trays.

The first big issue we had was the air conditioner. It was present in the room, but not functional. When turned on it just made a very loud noise and nothing else. We tried talking to the receptionist to get another room or at least to get it fixed as the heat in the room was 35 degrees. The lady told us she will speak to the manager, but for the next three days the problem was not solved so we had to inform them again that the air conditioner was not working. On the forth day the ac started to function again, but the air was not cold enough to cool the room even if it was turned on for hours. The wifi conection was terrible. From the room I couldn’t even detect the wifi network. The only space where the wifi worked was in the loby, and not even there you could send a photo properly or receive a message. I ended up buying internet mobile sim card because the wifi was unusable. The elevators were so old and rusty, they seemed like falling every time you would take them. Also they were very slow and loud. We used them only at check in and check out because of the big luggages. The bathroom was neither cleaned or sanitazed. You could clearly see that the wc was not even touched and the shelf under the mirror was absolutelly disgusting. As you can imagine no one cleaned the bathroom the entire week. The room was not cleaned even once during the entire stay. The only thing was taking the trash out (and that was only after few days) and literally trowing the blanket over the bed. The door had both a card and a normal lock. The normal lock was not working, so the cleaning lady burst in without any warning during one moring, and then left without a word. The food was not bad, but the only problem was the variaty, as you did not have much to choose from. For the breakfast there was the same thing everyday. I don’t recommend this hotel to picky eaters.

Exceptional

A beautiful hotel with spacious room, nice and friendly staff, delicious and diverse food. We were impressed with the way we were received. We announced that we are on our honeymoon so they prepared the best room for us with an amazing view of the sea, champagne and fruits, flowers and swans from the towels on the bed. Although we got very tired on the way, the atmosphere created in our room and the surprises we found made us relax to the fullest and enjoy our vacation. Thanks a lot!! We recommend this hotel with confidence !!!

The room was outdated (furniture and bathroom).. Breakfast was generous but it didn't contain quality products.

Superb

Everybody were so warm and friendly! We love the food and the timing was excellent. So clean and fresh every day after the room attendants has cleaned. Really fast to reach the beach in no time !

The rooms was a bit smaller than we thought it’s gonna be and the bathroom also. When you travel and visit a hotel with kids you need space!

Disappointing

Only the location is nice, close to the beach and city center.

Pictures of the rooms are very different from the real situation. Airconditioning is barely working, in hot days is unbearavle to sleep. Floors are covered with old carpets that make the heat even more unbearable. Beds are very basic and old. Cleaning lady is coming once per day to only give toilet paper. There is no cleaning until you leave the room. Food is also basic, served on block table and almost the same every day. Free parking is always full and you have to park on a paid parking.

Great value for the money

Very close to the beach. Plenty of tasty food for breakfast and dinner, and good choice of meals (especially for dinner). Great view on beach if You are on upper floors. Very good and clean pool, with pool bar. Water temperature in the pool was always around 30 degrees, pleasantly warm but not to hot.

Not enough room in restaurant - often you have to wait for free table. No internet in room(s), only in lobby (although not very good). Car parking in not big so cars usually have to be "stacked" close

Comfy froom good food nice pool

The roome was big & clean flat screen tv air conditioning very good. The pool was also very clean enough seats. The food was exceptional something else everyday 😋

The bathroom was small and needes to be repainted, they are claiming free parking but they only have a few spaces, very crowded and they offer alternatives at another parking which you have to pay for it! 10-15 leva 24hr

NOBODY WORE A MASK! NOBODY CARES ABOUT PROTECTION!

The lady from the reception was nice with us. Free private parking. Really close to the beach.

NOBODY wore a MASK! The restaurant was FULL WITH PEOPLE WITHOUT A MASK! Not a single person cared about this. Staff members did nothing about it! We were frightened even to pick up some water! It seemed to be the perfect place to get the new virus!
