הגענו למלון והוקסמנו מהרגע הראשון. המקום מנוהל על ידי אם ובת בצורה מעוררת השראה, עם תשומת לב מטורפת לכל פרט קטן. האווירה במלון משפחתית, חמה ומזמינה מאוד, לצד רמת מקצועיות מרשימה.
המנהלת של המקום הפגינה מקצועיות, אדיבות ושירותיות ברמה שלא פגשנו באף מקום אחר – פשוט לב רחב ואכפתיות אמיתית מכל אורח.
החדרים מעולים, מרווחים, מאובזרים ברמה הגבוהה ביותר ומעוצבים בטעם רב. הארוחות במלון טעימות להפליא, עשויות מחומרי גלם איכותיים ומוגשות באווירה קסומה ורגועה.
אם אתם מחפשים שילוב מושלם של יוקרה, נוחות, קולינריה מעולה ויחס טוב ומקצועי – זה בהחלט המקום. מומלץ בחום רב, אנחנו ללא ספק שנחזור!

Everything was just perfect! There is so much attention to the details, care for the guests and the entire experience. The food was great, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. The room was spacious but cozy with very good storage space. The SPA and the gym, super clean and maintained.

Everything is simply perfect. Some exceptional points: dinner starts at 6.00 p.m. what is much more acceptable for us comparing with majority of places starting at 7.00 or even 8.00. SPA area is very spacious and really relaxing. Personal attention every day. Quality of furniture and equipment is top. Staff in the kitchen including waiters worth only praise - level of their service is much above standards.

I like the cleanliness & spacious room. The staff are friendly and hospitable.
Our room is a bit cold, and the restaurant is so warm. When I drink wine with my winter clothes on, I sweat. But then when I have to sleep it is cold in the room. So wear thin clothes when you eat at the restaurant.
