Siamo tornati al Cristall dopo un soggiorno di un paio di anni fa, quando la struttura aveva una gestione diversa. L’abbiamo ritrovata buona e sostanzialmente come la ricordavamo.
L’aspetto che ci ha convinto meno è stata la cucina. Durante le prime sere, infatti, il cibo era decisamente troppo piccante, soprattutto considerando che soggiornavamo con un bambino di 10 anni. Dopo aver segnalato il problema alla cameriera, la nostra richiesta è stata prontamente comunicata alla cucina e, fortunatamente, nei giorni successivi i piatti non erano più piccanti.
Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità del personale e la rapidità con cui è stato risolto il problema. Nel complesso, la struttura resta buona, anche se l’esperienza gastronomica, rispetto al nostro precedente soggiorno, non ci ha pienamente soddisfatti.

Niet genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor alle gasten en beter communiceren dat er gereserveerd moet worden voor het avondeten.

Notre serveuse du restaurant qui était très agréable.
La localisation. Les activités a proximité la stabilité card.
Chambre très bruyante, très mal insonorisée cumulé au manque de savoir vivre des autres occupants. Pas reposant du tout. A tel point qu'on est parti un jour plus tôt car on n'arrivait pas a se reposer.
Personnel ne fait aucun effort pour essayer de comprendre alors que nous faisons au mieux pour parler la langue locale. Accueil pas souriant. Qualité des repas décevante par rapport a tous les hôtels du tyrol que nous avons fait. Hotel globalement mal entretenu, clou dans le dos pendant le repas suite a une baguette de fenêtre arrachée, toute la semaine ça ne dérange personne...grosse baisse de qualité par rapport a notre premier passage il y a une quinzaine d'années.
