Great breakfast and very friendly staff.
View is fantastic.
The property as a whole, including the spa and wellness section, is significantly aged and could really use a modern update. The interior and furniture in the rooms are quite old-fashioned. Overall, the prices charged are too high for the current state of the facilities, so it falls short on value for money.

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Room service was available and was also cleaning utensils. View from balcony was perfect and very calming in the morning. Sauna and swimming pools were clean and well maintained.
Though the hotel rooms are non smoking, you are allowed to smoke in the balcony and all the smoke from your neighbors come to your apartment. No dishwasher and airco available. Since there was no airco you need to keep the balcony door open for fresh air and combined with smoking neighbors it was very uncomfortable. Curtains were broken so could not make the bedroom completely dark and in the early morning there was too much sun for the kids to keep sleeping.

Great facilities, well equipped apartment room, location, fabulous staff
Restaurant closed on an evening (due to time of year which we weren’t aware of) , swimming pool a bit too cool for weather conditions, steps and stairs with no handrails or variation in colour and need to be clearer to prevent further accidents.

The Owner / Mamager was polite and helpful, she was kind enough to store some of our items in the hotel fridge since there was no fridge in the room. The dinner (set Menu) tasted good.
No A/C in the Rooms and it was very hot in the mountains, thank god we had fans with us. No fridge in the Room - which is very strange for a 'transit' type hotel (the guests were from Denmark, Norway, Germany, NL and all making their way to a final destination - a fridge in the room is a must for such travels / guests for: Medications, Milk for Children, etc. Not having a fridge is a big minus! The service in the restaurant was horribly slow- the waiter was alone and absolutely over his head. Depsite it being a fixed menu, some guests just left because they were tired of waiting for their desert course - which they had paid for, it was preferable to just leave.
