Nice spot to stay a night in the Glencoe area, spacious shared kitchen and dining area with plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking and meal times, decent drying room and laundry facilities, nice little lounge, glad to have a sink in our room.
Unisex shower and toilet area with limited number of showers and one shower was blocked for my sister resulting in a lake across the whole floor. Felt a bit uncomfortable going to the shower area in night wear as unisex. Not enough hooks for clothes while showering. Clothes dryer didn't dry our clothes and needed to pay more for another round. Beds a little too firm

Good and helpful staff
Small parking lot so don’t arrive late.
Very noisy with people talking all night in the next room.
In the family room every time someone moved on the top bunk it moved the bottom.
No hand towel provided for basin in room.
Shared bathroom facilities one toilet was putrid and the other had broken seat
