An overnight stay for us, (so we did not need or use spa facilities). Quite a large enterprise and complex in many buildings. Lovely village and nice rooms with great views. Balcony over river. Restaurant good, French, but quite limited menu, service sketchy. Breakfast is buffet style, but limited selection for the price.
I have a disability, mobility and access issues but do not need a disability modified room. I asked the hotel by message to help with a room with easy access and minimal stairs involved. They responded to this and offered us a room upgrade with easy access at extra cost (20 euros) So, OK it was on the first floor of the annex, but had a shower over a bath!. The room originally booked showed a walk in shower. So a win and a loss. Very difficult for me to use, no help really. They should have said and then I could have cancelled and gone elsewhere.

We stayed in the 'Cote de Vers' annex, with a balcony overlooking the river Vers. The restaurant, which is well patronised, is a short walk away and has excellent food. There is a good sized swimming pool and spa facilities
The annexe we were staying in was a conversion of a 1970's style building with a very small bathroom and shower which overflowed. The building itself is in need of refurbishment, and the lobby and stairs were dirty, due to the large number of walkers staying.
