Nice room, cool historical decor, 24/7 staff, close to public transport.
A bit hot in the room, no air con or a proper fan.

Location and interior was really nice, especially the greenery on the stairs, and the twin room we had featured a separating alcove so gave some privacy. Quiet.
This is a personal things, but I would have preferred black out curtains.

The room was really spacious, with high ceilings and enough furniture. There was one large bed and an additional bed, which was convenient. The room also had a small fridge, and the bathroom was equipped with liquid soap and a 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo. The hotel has an elevator. The location was convenient, with public transport stops nearby.
The shower drain was partially clogged, which caused some discomfort during use. The hotel has a small guest kitchen with an electric kettle, a microwave, and a hot plate. However, only one of the two burners on the hot plate was working, and the heat control switch was broken. The electric kettle was also not always available, probably because some guests took it to their rooms. The bed was large, but it consisted of two separate mattresses, so there was a gap in the middle, which could be uncomfortable while sleeping.

We mostly liked the closeness to Florenc bus station, the hill with views opposite the hotel, and the walkable distance to the old town. There's also buses available just outside though we didn't get to use those.
The room was rather clean (the sheets, bedding, towels, floors, furniture) and the cleaning ladies were kind. I'd just question the stains on the walls here and there...but that is again the matter of the hotel needing some renovation.
A big thank you to the receptionist who checked us in on the evening we arrived. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful.
The hotel is really old and you can.... smell it. Also the smells from the downstairs restaurant affects it. The sewage system I think is old too so when we reached our room it smelled horrible from the bathroom, luckily the smell went away once we started using it.
The room was very much worn off, though spacious and with all needed and clean furniture.
What we disliked most was the pillows, and maybe the patress but probably mostly pillows, we were in so much pain after the 2 nights there. (very huge and bulky and hard pillows).
