Very clean! Great staff! Great breakfast! Close to public transportation making it very convenient to visit all of the beautiful sites in Prague! We also loved Ema the parrot!!!!

The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are changed daily as well. The staff are very kind, helpful, and supportive, always providing useful and valuable information. The hotel is also very well located, with convenient public transport nearby providing easy access to the main attractions.

The location is great. My room was huge and had a bedside lamp. The bathroom looked fresh and clean.
The free access to the "spa" is limited to one hour. The sauna isn't warm enough. There were a bunch of drunken guests having a long, loud hangout outside the entrance at 4 am but the staff didn't feel it was necessary to tell them to keep it quiet. The pillows and duvets aren't exactly cozy.
