View from the room overlooking the railway, the takeaway breakfast when you have to leave early is a great idea but the contents were poor compared to the great buffet breakfast

The hotel’s location within walking distance of the city centre and the availability of parking (€12 per day) were positive aspects for us.
We stayed in room 212 on the second floor. There were stubborn black stains on the shower floor, which felt unhygienic. The plastic rinsing cups placed next to the sink were also not clean. In addition, the fridge was completely empty. I also did not find any of the staff at the information desk friendly. One female staff member in particular was very rude. We booked our room through Booking.com, where it stated that city tax was included, yet we had to pay it again at the hotel. Either Booking.com or the hotel should correct this information and clearly explain which taxes are included and which are payable at the property. Stating that taxes are included while charging them separately at the hotel is misleading.
