Nice place to enjoy whit friends and family also is quiet!

They have given the keys 4 earlier at least 4 hours in advance and that was great for us!

Séjour parfait. Emplacement idéal, et appt spacieux pour une famille

Emplacement parfait. A 15min du centre de Valence, l'Oceanografic, le Bioparc, le ventre historique... et retour le soir au calme, avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. De très bons conseils de la réceptionniste parlant parfaitement le français en plus ! Petite place devant la résidence très sympathique, avec restaurants, épicerie à proximité et parking tout autour... Lever de soleil magnifique.

Nous n'avons trouvé qu'un seul défaut à lhebergement, c'est l'isolation phonique totalement inexistante. Les fenêtres n'en sont pas vraiment, je pense que des nouvelles menuiseries en double vitrage ne seraient pas du luxe ! Tout le reste était parfait.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer

Großes geräumiges Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern. Die Ausstattung der Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles voll funktionsfähig. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine. Gut beheizbar, da Nächte kalt. Lage direkt am sehr gepflegten Sandstrand. Balkon mit Meerblick. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Ein Defekt an der Spüle wurde umgehend behoben.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Tagsüber gab es Baulärm. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Die Tiefgarage ist nur für Kompaktfahrzeuge geeignet und stellt bei Mittelklassefahrzeugen täglich eine neue Herausforderung dar.

Las vistas frente al mar son muy bonitas. Camas muy cómodas y apartamento con espacio y bien equipado.

No había mucho ambiente en la zona, no tiene un paseo marítimo contínuo

Great Place Near Valencia

The staff was great, and the check-in process was easy. The location right on the beach was awesome. We loved the apartment with lots of room for the four of us plus two dogs.

The location was a bit farther out from the center of the city than we expected.

Superbe!

L'appartement est très bien situé en front de mer. Les lits sont très confortables. Tout est très propre et très bien équipé. Il y a toutes les commodités à côté et le bus pour Valence

Inclure une place de parking dans la réservation car il est assez difficile de se garer

GRAN UBICACIÓN. Y MUY CÓMODO

La ubicación. Admite mascotas. Parking. Dos baños. Vistas al mar.. Apartamento amplio. Camas comodas. Buen aire acondicionado. Bien equipado.

Necesita alguna reforma como mamparas en la bañera, algún desperfecto en el mobiliario . No tiene lavavajillas.

Had a wonderful summer break with the family. Took advantage of the beach for night swims as well as the available swimm

No se ajusta a la descripción que ponen ni el precio carísimo para lo que ofrecen

Que estaba al lado de la playa y en teoría tenía una gran piscina.

1. Nos ofrecen muy amablemente que la salida esa las 11,pero que si no hay nadie para ocuparlo podríamos salir más tarde, lo preguntamos al día siguiente, pues planeamos quedarnos a comer y pasar el día en la piscina. Hay llego nuestra decepción nos dicen que lo tenía que dejar a las 11 pues lo tienen que arreglar, pues el apartamento está alquilado para nuestro día de salida, habían muchos apartamentos vacíos el de al lado nuestro por ejemplo, y en las plantas superiores más pues me estuve fijando, la piscina extraordinaria que ponen como si fueran de los apartamentos es una piscina municipal que si tienes absceso los días que estás allí, pero como nosotros fuimos el lunes está cerrada sólo abren sábados y domingos en septiembre. El apartamento con el precio que tiene es muy viejo no vale nada.

Location is beautiful. Spacious apartment, clean. Views from balcony are amazing. Very relaxing place.

No basic supplies in apt, salt, pepper etc. Had to buy loo roll coffee filters and bin bags during our one week stay.

Lovely location and very Spanish. Apartment overall comfortable and staff very helpful.

Fantastic location, overlooking the beach and sea views. Also back balcony overlooked the Plaza and pretty marina. Some pleasant restaurants and bars very close. Quiet and clean beach. Easy walk to the large Alcampo supermarket (pretty route around the marina) and some some small local shops nearby. Beds comfortable and the Air Con excellent - a life saver in such hot and humid weather. Access to very good swimming pools. Staff were very helpful. Lots of Spanish people on holiday which meant we could use our Spanish. Only less than 10 minutes in taxi to Valencia and well worth a visit.

Apartment needs basics such as good sized washing up liquid (only tiny bottle provided), more toilet paper and more cooking equipment. Kettle was provided when asked for. Our main disappointment was the tiny balcony in an apartment meant for 6 people and it being dominated by a large table and the huge air con unit pumping out hot air - it wasn't really possible to use it. Would also be helpful to provide some beach chairs for older clientele! However, overall we really liked the location and apartment.

Our stay at Sea you apartamentos

It was a nice location at walking distance from the beach. You can easily reach the city by taxi, which also is not very expensive.

The apartment was a little bit outdated and the stairs to the second floor is afwul. We were asked to give a creditcard as deposit even though they never mentioned it before, we didn't have any on us. We ended up paying 150 cash as a deposit which we didn't get back on a technicality.

Lovely spacious apartment, nice beach view. A lovely beach that is good for relaxing on and swimming. Very picturesque town with nice restaurants. Not too far from Valencia, 30 mins cycle (and can rent bikes from the reception).

The bus to Valencia is quite infrequent, especially in the evening. I think it is about every hour or maybe half an hour earlier in the day.

Excellent location - spacious - ground floor straight to beach.

Had a leak in the air conditioner unit in to a light fitting on the first day.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful area of Valencia!

Great location, sea views. x4 spacious bedrooms & x2 bathrooms. Staff lovely & very helpful with our requests & although no kettle was in the apartment when we arrived, when we asked at reception one was given to us.

Could have done with a bit more storage shelves in the bathroom & bedrooms to put belongings.

Good apartment, good location if you want to stay close to the sea.

Amazing sea view. Stunning beach, apartment is huge. Good Wi-Fi.

To close to the alleyway. Bottom floor so we couldn’t leave things on the balcony. Have to get a taxi everywhere, noisy when people in the rooms above scrape their chairs. Showers are not very powerful. Beds were not very comfortable, toaster needed in the kitchen and more toilet paper. The walk to the shops is quite long. The harbour needs a bridge across to the shops to save walking the long way around.

Port Saplaya is a great alternative to being in the city. Lovely beach area.

You cannot beat this location if you are looking for an oceanfront apartment. The area of Port Saplaya is charming and a very short ride to Valencia. Nice restaurants and a coffee shop/ bar right next door. The supermarket is within a 15 minute walk.

The apartment was a bit dated. It was a little scarce on amenities.
