It was very clean and tidy. The room was spacious with table and chairs. The communal facilities are well looked after. It is close to the metro and the main train station is within walking distance.
The room was very warm during the heatwave, not the owners fault though as this could not be foreseen when I booked and I booked knowing there was no air conditioning.

Great value for location. Reasonable walk (10-15 min) to a lot of restaurants
Not have an bathroom in the room took some getting used to.

The easy check in process and the personal. Also the neiborhood was nice, restaurants and U and S near. The bed was comfy. The room had everything you need except the bathroom :) because i choose shared bathroom option.
it is in the 4th floor. Not many bathrooms, just 1 for 4 rooms, but it was not an issue in my experience.
