Hotel very Clean and rooms comfortable staff very friendly.
Bar snacks unavailable due to getting ready for octoberfest was not informed of this during checkin. Unable to purchase a small beer at the bar despite being able to the evening before.

The aircon was a HUGE bonus during that heat wave weekend. 12 pm check out is very generous. We didn't have the breakfast but it would have been convenient. It was great to head into the U-Bahn elevator on the street level just outside the hotel, and connect to the U-Bahn stop right away (I needed to go to Westpark for a concert and chose the hotel because of its proximity).
