Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were generally very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The location is excellent, especially for travelers using public transportation. Being right next to the train station is very convenient, and having supermarkets nearby is another big plus. We also really enjoyed having a lovely park within easy walking distance.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a nice overall concept. With a few improvements to the common areas and consistency in service, it could be an even better experience.
The concept of the hotel is really good, and we have stayed at several similar hotels, so we had quite high expectations. Unfortunately, this was the weakest experience among them so far.
The biggest disappointment was the rooftop terrace. It had a lot of potential, but there was very little there to make it a pleasant social space, and some of the furniture was broken. The social area in general is also quite tiny compared with other hotels of the same concept.
Unfortunately, the service experience was also affected by one employee whose rude attitude and approach significantly changed our overall perception of the hotel. Even though the rest of the experience was acceptable, one unpleasant interaction can unfortunately leave a lasting impression.
Overall, we still like the concept and believe the hotel has potential, but compared with similar properties we have stayed at, there is quite a bit of room for improvement — particularly regarding the rooftop/social areas, maintenance, and consistency of service.

Luana and Claudia were very helpful at the reception. 2 young gentlemen serving at the bar, I remember one is a brazilian and 1 argentine were both very warm and friendly
Manager not custonwr friendly enough. I was checking if I could extend my stay for another night and he replied no rooms available. Funnily enough claudia already checked and said they could extend for another night. We got 1 bottle of water when we reached and manager did not explain that we could come down and ask for more as required. I heard the full explanation when another guest came to check in.
