Otel'in konumu harikaydı, marienplatz'dan metro ile çok kısa sürede ulaşılabiliyor. Metrodan indikten sonra yürüme mesafesi 5 dk sürmüyor. Oda çok temiz ve herşey yep yeniydi. Yatak fazlasıyla rahattı. Kahvaltı ise bol seçenekli ve doyurucuydu. Biz, eşim ve 7 yaşındaki oğlumuzla birlikte kaldık, aynı şekilde onlarda çok memnun oldu. Oğlumuz oteli çok beğendi. Tüm otel çalışanlarına ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyoruz. Tekrar geldiğimizde mutlaka burada kalacağız.

The air conditioner didn't work

It was just 1 night stay. So, I can’t say so much. However, I would like to thank very much personnel on the reception which helped to me with my problem.

The hotel was clean and well-appointed, it was a little dated but I like that classic look of leather and marble. The room (The executive) Was massive, far larger than most rooms at the same price point. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel, a wide array of choices to fit anyone's tastes.

The bed was not very comfortable, The mattress seemed a bit older and had some collapse. The phone in the room did not function properly and the toilet ran incessantly. When I spoke to the staff about it (I spoke to two different individuals) they seemed apathetic about any of the issues. Nothing that would keep me from staying again, just some age-related annoyances.
