the special detail to hear the radio during the shower without bother anybody , it was pleasant , but I think it can still be improved
On our second day, we found the bed bench with its lid detached (disassembled), and we had to ask for assistance to fix it.

The breakfast was quite ok. Could have a bit more options for "coffee sides".
Room clean and with all the needed facilities (a small minus is the access by elevator, that stops at 4th floor - the room being at 5th)

Very friendly staff, right by the U subway.
Coffee machine in the room would be great. But Adam from the reception got us a kettle which was very kind of him.

Location being near the underground station was convenient, but the restaurant/Bar was closed we arrived at 5:30 and had no food, shops closed early in surrounding area, we ended up ordering a dominos witch was disappointing. The bathroom was adequate but the bath had hairs in it.
The staff was helpful but once we arrived I felt they was a bit rude until they noticed we did in fact have a booking.
