The staff were lovely, throughout the hotel. We could not fault them and the food at breakfast and in the bar for dinner was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Also the hotel was very clean.
The room itself was disappointing. Big enough but the bed was really uncomfortable and I didn't sleep much and had a very achy back for a couple of days. It was also very hot in there, which made it hard to sleep and I couldn't open the window. There was also no water so had to drink water out of the bathroom tap, which seemed ok. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were broken - they toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall and the sink was loose and the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly
