It is a very nice place if you want to travel on one or the other part of Sithonia. It has a pool, and shadow parking places for each room.
The tap water is not not potable. I understood that , but it also had odors. You can’t even shower with it. And the toilet smells like like a bottle of chlorine . Fells more like in a hospital or an intense used public toilet.

I didnt realise I havent booked it with breakfast and the generosity of the staff gave us ana amasing one free of charge for 4 of us.

The seafront was lovely, natural and quiet.
Management were responsive once we raised the issues and arranged alternative accommodation the following day. The alternative property gave us a more suitable option for the remainder of our stay.
The stovetop was not working, which was a major inconvenience for a residence-style property, especially as there were no nearby shops or restaurants.
The tap water was not drinkable during our stay and there was a very strong chemical smell using the water, including in the shower (might have been a temporary thing due to issues in the area but check ahead).
If you are booking this property to cook your own meals, I would check in advance that the kitchen facilities are fully operational.
We felt the free breakfast offered at the alternative apartment did not fully reflect the disruption, as we received no refund for the first night and the replacement property was cheaper for the remaining night but we were happy about how quickly a solution was found.
