Локація, персонал, чистота. Все в цілому
Душова кабінка протікала, хоча це не сильно критично

Location and service
the room was very small, 15 square meters, when booking the room size was indicated in feet, 161, as far as I understand it is more than 15 square meters.I had to pay for breakfast separately, although it was included in the reservation...no porter and bellboy is provided, as a guest I carried by myself the suitcase to the third floor only stairs without an elevator, is it okay for a 3-star hotel? or what?
I would love to hear an answer from booking.com or Hotel Purshcha it self...Thank you
