The location was very convenient and easy to get around from. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with enough options to start the day.

This is my second time staying at Crystal Hotel, good value in the heart of Kyiv, across the street from Independence Square. Clean, comfortable, friendly.
No balcony on which to smoke, but I will stay again, because everything else is perfect.

Location and style.
Cold and it was pictured with a full minibar. Instead I had to buy snacks from a nearby store. I chose that room for the mini bar. So I didn't get what I wanted out of the room.
