Brand new facilites, very clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly, supermarkets and restaurants in the surroundings. The rooms are on the third floor without elevator, so be ready for some physical exercise. Definitely recommended.

I had a good stay. There is a reception on the 3th floor 24/7 but no English speaking. You have to find your way in via the door bell .The apartments are new, modern, top. Bathroom ...never seen . You are literally in the centrum of Kiev.
There are two remarks. You have to pay cash on arrival which I refused because I didn't have the time to change money ...and normally you pay on check-out. And the acoustic isolation between the apartments is poor. You can hear the neighbour talking. But overall a good experience.

Excellent location for sightseeing. Friendly personnel. Lots of coffee-shops and cafes nearby (even a small grocery). Good value for money.
Located on the 3th floor with no elevator! Paper-thin walls - very loud! Personnel don't speak a word of English. Heat cannot be turned off. Stench from shower-drain/toilet very bad.
