Staff went above and beyond. They allowed me to check in like 2 hours early. They reduced my laundry bill because some of my items of clothing like socks and underwear were small. They gave me recommendations and were generally nice to chat to. This includes everyone from reception, to restaurant and cleaning staff. The room was also nice and spacious. The restaurant was very simple, but it was nice to have.
Hotel was actually quite difficult to find. Its hidden in some side streets with almost no signage. Many many stairs with no elevator so was a bit of a nightmare with luggage going up 5 floors. Restaurant food was mediocre, but this is not really the fault of the hotel and there are plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Central location, electricity 24/7
! No elevator, and no one to help with the luggage (you have to get up the stairs to the 4th floor to the reception desk and then - to your floor). It was cold in the room, especially at night. Not a single shelf in the bathroom.
