This apartment has everything you need. A washing machine, kettle, some kitchenware for cooking, air cons and heaters.
The sound isolation is exceptional, and also you can’t hear any noise from the road because of the location.
Metro is 2 steps away, which was very important since its war and unfortunately you need a shelter nearby.
Only the building itself is very old, but it has nothing to do with the apartment hotel itself. And the elevator is the tiniest I’ve ever seen, so if for any reason you need a big elevator, it might be an issue.

Truly in the center of Kiev, next to the metro. The rooms are all very stylish decorated

location was very convenient, the hall of the hotel on the 4-th floor was neat and clean. however the building itself, the stairs where old, not maintained for probably recent 30 years or more. unpleasant smells near the elevator and on the stairs.
the bathroom equipment is somewhat outdated and sloppy. there is a constant bad smell in the bathroom. The staff won't be able to handle this problem. The house has a rotten sewer system.
