Well-maintained place with a good infrastructure (electricity, heating, water available despite all the blackouts). Close to major amenities and shopping malls. Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality.

he room was on the minus-first floor, which added a sense of calm and safety. The light flickered occasionally but never went out, just as the hotel had informed us in advance.
The breakfast was excellent — tasty, fresh, and hot. You could choose one option from the menu for a fixed price, and it included scrambled eggs, fried vegetables, two slices of toast, butter, cheese, avocado, sliced cucumber and tomato, coffee, orange juice, a piece of cake, and fruit!
The bathroom had a good selection of toiletries. And the cherry on top — the staff noticed that it was my daughter’s birthday and brought a gift to our room from the hotel. That was incredibly sweet!
