Top Lage , kurze Wege ins Zentrum. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, sehr Nette Chefs vom Hotel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Das einzige was nicht so gut war , die Zimmer zu hellhörig. Man hat alles aus den anderen Zimmern gehört. Und die Damen beim Abendessen oder Frühstück hätten einwenig freundlicher sein können. Zudem haben Sie Hektik verbreitet. Ansonsten war es sehr schön

Pulizia, la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, il ristorante ottimo con ottimo staff, gentili e professionali, il parcheggio.

Un soggiorno rilassante in un Hotel ben curato e gestito a due passi dai mercatini...

Hotel molto carino, con un comodo parcheggio gratuito attiguo. L'hotel ammette gli animali, e così un supplemento di 5€ ho potuto soggiornare anche con il mio cucciolo di 6 mesi. Ottima la colazione inclusa a buffet e molto buona la cena con possibilità di scegliere tra menu fisso che cambia ogni sera oppure un menu alla carta. La posizione è perfetta in quanto si può lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel e grazie ad un percorso pedonale si arriva nel centro storico in scarsi 5 minuti; allo stesso tempo se si vuole prendere l'auto per altre destinazioni, l'hotel si trova una via principale e quindi in una viabilità ottima. Camera stupenda, ben insonorizzata e riscaldata, pulita e con un bel terrazzino che si affaccia sui monti. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati davvero bene. I ragazzi dello staff sono bravi, simpatici ed educati.

Consiglierei di avvisare che l'acqua presente in camera costa quasi 5€ a bottiglia... giusto a titolo informativo, perchè pensavamo fosse compresa. L'asciuga capelli è inutile, per fortuna lo avevamo portato da casa, e consiglierei di mettere un po più di shampoo-doccia.

Great staff, great room

Great rooms are towards the main road, With windows open road noise was not comfortable, A room table fab to fan in room would have all solved the problem But the staff was excellent and owners where excellent , Just fan would solve the issues

I would highly recommend this hotel. The wellness Centre in particular, offers a really relaxing space to unwind.

A wonderful Hotel with great wellness facilities and breakfast at a great location.

Wonderful location and view. Great breakfast and wellness facilities. The parking is right in front of the hotel.

In the morning around 9 am we came back to our room from breakfast to see the cleaning staff cleaning the room even though we were leaving that morning. I am not sure if the room got cleaned again after we left. Perhaps this was just a miscommunication between reception and cleaning.

Breakfast, especially staff there was great. Room was great, we got an upgrade to have a bigger room in order to have the requested two separate beds.

To have anybody to check us in took veeeeeery long time. Parking was full, ev charging was actually not at the hotel, it was few hundred meters away.

Did not acutally stay in this place as ther was a mistake with the booking. But the staff was friendly and found a neighbour hotel for compensation immediately

Pleasant

1. Despite the position quite far from the highway - there's a loud very early in the morning - due to city traffic. 2. Sauna's are opened only till 8 p.m. In my opinion it's not right, many guests arrives much later. It should be open till midnight. 3. Breakfast is very poor - very poor choice of something which is not sweet.

Excellent value for money, well located, good food and very helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room and the hotel generally was spotlessly clean. The food was great (we had half board) and very good value for money. A really nice hotel !

Good hotel for a stopover on our way to our destination in the dolomites. Clean rooms and a good breakfast to get you going in the morning.
