Die Stefanie hat uns alles gezeigt, wir konnten unser Gepäck vorzeitig im Haus deponieren. Sie hat uns alles erklärt, uns den Türcode gezeigt. Wir konnten Sie die ganze Zeit kontaktieren wenn wir Fragen gehabt haben(whats-app). Sie war sehr aufmerksam. Sie hat uns Tipps gegeben wohin wir fahren können, was wir anschauen können. Z.B. Almabtrieb in Tevles. Super Gastgeberin
evtl. mehr Hacken in der Dusche für die Handtücher.

È stato tutto perfetto! Dall'accoglienza iniziale, dove siamo stati accolti da Stefanie in modo molto cordiale, sino all'ultimo giorno.
L'appartamento è grande ed organizzato con tutti i comfort di cui si può necessitare...si vede l'attenzione che viene messa nei dettagli...Pulizia perfetta e cucina dotata di tutto! Non avrete bisogno di portarvi nulla.
Posizione praticamente perfetta: 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, la stazione si trova praticamente dietro a 5 minuti, nel raggio di 100 metri avrete piscina con sauna, parco giochi per bimbi e un ristorante/pizzeria...a 2 minuti di macchina un grande supermercato...
Insomma, tutto perfetto e anche di più! Torneremo sicuramente!

The property is exceptional in all aspects, very well done and maintained, great value. Location was also very convenient for our business group as it provided private parking for our car and we were within walking distance of a number of places to eat. But the best thing about the property was Stephanie herself. She is very attentive and helpful including with local restaurant recommendations or anything else we needed during our day. Overall Setfanie is a genuine and lovely person person. Highly recommend her property.

Sehr charmantes und großzügiges Appartement nur ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum Sterzing entfernt. In einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Eurospar) um die Ecke (ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Wohn- Küchenbereich offen gestaltet und sehr geräumig, Badezimmer frisch renoviert ( wie auch der Rest des Apartments), Schlafzimmer: ein Doppelzimmer und ein Dreibettzimmer beide mit Kleiderschrank, extra Speisekammer mit Waschmaschine!!!
Das Appartement ist ebenerdig und verfügt auch über einen gemütlichen Garten!!!
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (vielen Dank Stephanie für den herzlichen Empfang), wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt!!!
