I like the comfortable room and cleanless. The view from balcony was nice. It is all green around the hotel.
Food was average.
-They brought 4 different menu to pick food for dinner. It was frustrating to understand the categorization of the menus! Pages of lists to read and decide what to eat. We were so tired of reading and trying to understand what is what. At the end decided eat Pizza because it was easy to choose!
- Location would be difficult to reach without a car. Half an hour walking up to the hill.
- Spa area looked a bit better in the pictures. There was mainly 2 very small sauna and steam bad. I was expecting a hot pool. But it was not a jacuzi, just cold water. There was one more sauna but it was not working. Resting area was nice. Overall It was nice to spend time there.

The room was very clean and beautiful, bed was soft and comfortable. We enjoy our stay here. The owners were very kind and make our stay much more pleasant.

Wellness area is really great, many options to relax. Food portions are generous.
One waiter was very attentive and kind, but the other one seemed that we are bothering the service by being there during breakfast time.

The hotel is a short distance from Vipiteno centre along a narrow road. It is well worth driving there. It's a lovely chalet style. There are some signs of wear but this didn't worry me. The bedroom was a good size with an additional sofabed. The bathroom is old style but good
The distance from Vipiteno doesn't stop people filling the restaurant. Probably because the dinner was very good and so was the breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and have booked for my return trip

Nice rooms with a view at the mountains, great diner, excellent breakfast and wonderfull sauna. So nice and friendly people.
It’s a pity that the sauna is only open from 15:00 till 19:00, it would be nice if you also could go there after diner. The rooms are quite hot, we left the door open during the night, but it was still too hot while visiting in winter.

Lovely staff and beautiful, quiet location above the main town, excellent breakfast. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. I travelled off season and the room was great value for money. The hotel has a very nice restaurant which offers styrolean specialities as well as Italian food ( excellent pastas and pizzas) were locals tend to go.

the internal restaurant was excellent. over any standard. I had a very pleasant dinner there and all courses were high-quality level and well displayed
The room was too small, a very small desk to work is not good to position laptop, notebookes and so on. the bathroom very small and the room was cold. location is far from city center which is not strategic for business

Absolutely wonderful room with a large balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. The breakfast and the dinner at hte restaurant were awesome!
No fault of the hotel, but the highway noise was an unfortunate ambient sound on the balcony.
