We stayed at Steindl’s for one night while traveling south to Tuscany and absolutely loved it. Check-in was easy and welcoming, and our room was gorgeous—spacious, modern, extremely comfortable and very clean. We had a small kitchenette and dining area, a huge bathroom, and a walk-out deck overlooking the garden.
The garden was one of the highlights of our stay. It was beautiful and peaceful, and we spent nearly all of our time at the hotel outside. We also appreciated being able to get drinks from the hotel bar/café and enjoy them on our deck.
The location was excellent, with an easy 5–10 minute walk into the center of Vipiteno. Parking was very convenient in the garage attached to the hotel for a reasonable nightly fee.
Breakfast offered a large variety of choices for different tastes.
We originally booked Steindl’s simply as an overnight stop to break up a long drive, but it ended up feeling like part of our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful little hotel. We wish we could have stayed more than 1 night. We had an amazing view, parking was easy and reasonably priced. The breakfast was incredible, best we had the entire 2 week trip. We would definitely stay here again.
My kids wanted a hot tub but I don't think thats very European. They did have a nice spa room.

Best breakfast ever! Very nice structure as well! Very close to the center too! Top indoor parking high enough for our roof box over the car.
Slightly expensive… but it was a top experience!
